Subscription inactive

I'm receiving a notification saying that my subscription is inactive. When I try to renew it, I insert my credit card details and then I receive the notification that the expiration date is invalid, whatever they way I insert the numbers. For instance: 02/2024, 2/2024, 2/24, 02/24, etc.
