Library Service Keeps Reverting to PAYG

It's frustrating that every month it's necessary to log back in to Pressreader, but then every single time for a day or two it reverts to Pay as you go. This is despite the fact that the PC is clearly logged in a Perth & Kinross Library user. It does this in the Windows platform and via the web browser.

I see from form posts that users have been having this problem for 3 years.

Hi Philip,

Your connection to the library expires every few days (depending on the set up with the library), this may be the reason why your access resets. Your librarian may know the exact number of days, if not, you can reach us directly at www.PressReader.com/Care
