cancel subscription and delete my credit card information

Hi help center,

I was charged the full price because it took me a while to figure out how to cancel the subscription. I finally did it last week. The system is set up so we don't cancel the subscription at the end of the 7 free day trial. Then, I wanted to delete my credit card information (so this does not happen again) and I haven't been able to do so. 

 I demand a full refund and that my credit card information is fully erased from my account.

We see that you eventually successfully switched your subscription to pay as you go.
We have refunded the earlier payment.
