Can't download or access any publication

Hi

 

I can't access or download any publications whether on the app or web based. I click on the publication it will start to load briefly, then stop and return to the original machine. 

My account confirms my subscription is valid, although the "subscription details" just keeps saying processing....... My devices were all working fine until today.
