Subscription through library and ipad

I have been using the PressReader app on my iPad for a number of months with a subscription through my local library - Southwark Library (in London).  Over the past week it no longers opens the publications I wish to read and pops up a windows requesting payment to continue.  I have tried signing out and in again and deleting and reinstalling the app but still no success.  However when access the PressReader site on my Windows laptop using the same account I have no problem accessing the publications I require.  Can you help me to get the iPad app working again ? I have attached a screenshot from the iPad when I attempt to access a publication.
