Automatic Download on iPad

I just purchased an iPad Pro 11, first, I cannot get the iPad to "authorize" on PressReader, after following all of Digital Tech Support instructions.  Then, my automatic download is constantly deactivating and toggling to the "off" position. I have signed off and signed back in.  I use 2 iPads interchangeably and only 1 is registered, but today even that iPad stopped getting the automatic downloads when I opened the app this morning.  Why can't I talk to a tech support person???
