Since about a week ago I have no longer been able to access the Globe and Mail (all editions) from home through my library's subscription to PressReader. Will this newspaper no longer be available through logins at home or is there a technical issue? If the former, would it be available at a Hotspot?

The Globe will only be available to you once you are at the library connecting to the WiFi; unfortunately it will no longer be available logging to the library from home.

Not a very smart decision by the G&M. I doubt if very many G&M at-home library readers will now go to the library to access the paper or subscribe to the physical paper itself. At least when the paper was being read by library users at home, the readership statistics showed up in the Audit Bureau of Circulation Statistics thus enabling the G&M to charge higher advertising rates. Now the G&M has lost that advantage.
