Suddenly unable to download on one of my devices

Hi. My Pressreader account is linked to Bell Canada, which should allow me access on 3 devices. I am able to download and read publications on my MacBook Pro but am suddenly unable to download anything on the Surface Pro which is also activated on my account. I've tried deleting & reinstalling the app as well as deactivating and reactivating the device but all I get is the greyed thumbnail for the newspaper edition that has been selected for download without any activity on the progress icon. Is there anything that can be done?

Sorry to hear this. Please check with Bell support, since they have access to your account and they can check such details on their end. At PressReader, unfortunately we won't be able to look up your account.

I have a monthly PressReader paid  subscription & a Paid  Edmonton JournalSubscription  since March 01 I am unable to download Edmonton Journal. I am advised to pay with iTunes

It sounds like you have not authorized the app with your Edmonton Journal account credentials (which could be different from your PressReader credentials). Please do so, and if you require further assistance write to us directly www.PressReader.com/care
