Good morning,
I use pressreader via my local library. When I access this via my browser (Firefox 134.0.2 (aarch64)) on MacOS Sonoma 14.5, I can see the economist on the front screen open & read it etc... without issue.
However, I have downloaded the pressreader app on my amazon fire tablet. The sign in details are the same (via my local library). The economist does not appear in the catalogue - even when I search for it by name. Why is this? Clearly there is a subscription, but why does it show on my macbook but not on the fire tablet?
I have read the other post, but there are no publicly displayed resolutions to this issue. It might be a different issue potentially based on the comments on that post.
@Peter, The Economist is restricted in certain markets and verticals. Is it possible that your Macbook is on a different ISP or logged into a different vertical? We'd be happy to review this further if you could share more details by email at care_at_pressreader.com
