I have been told by my local library (Oxfordshire) that I should be able to sign up with my library credentials. However I can't find a way to do this. I see other users have had similar problems - has this yet been resolved?

Thank you for your speedy reply. The problem isn't with my credentials, it's that there isn't anywhere to enter them as shown on the help screen (see attached image of what the sign up page looks like)
