I have tried to do exactly as instructed to cancel my subscription - gone to my account/subscriptions etc but there is no option to cancel - it just gives me 'boxes' of other types of subscriptions with the pay as you go box blocked out in green (I see that others are having the same trouble) - when you press on that as suggested it does nothing. Please cancel my subscription ASAP and refund me the £9,99 you took from my bank account yesterday. thanks
@Emma, It appears that you have a paid subscription with the Daily Mail, not PressReader. We have cancelled this subscription for you on our end, a refund will be processed for your January payment.

Hi there, I cancelled my subscription last month, however I noticed I was charged yesterday. Can you please refund this charge? I've also clicked "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" a few times in my account and when I refresh it, it continues to say "Active". Can you help me with this?
