Trying to renew

I have been sending numerous emails saying I want directions on how to renew and all I get back is emails saying has this been resolved.Pls get a human involved. Thanks Robin Willard

,I don’t know why this is such a problem for a company like Pressreader but trying to renew or gift anyone, is a nightmare. My credit card, the same one I have already used twice, has been declined 3 times. I complained to my bank who said there is nothing wrong with it and its valid worldwide, but heere I am, still no subscription. Patricia Vandenplas

@Mary, it appears that your full address is missing from the credit card information, which may be the reason for the declines. Please make sure that the full street address is included when you enter your credit card info. Please reach out to us directly at care_at_pressreader.com if you still notice any further problems.
