Cancelled subscription with a month remaining on my account BUT unused months subscription can no longer be accessed.
HI, I have cancelled my premium account in advance of my final months end, but paid for the last month from 16th Dec but can now no longer access my account to take value from the last month? I would like a resumption of my account please for the last moth or a reimbursement?
