I have a new Win11 PC. I installed the app from the windows store. The app opens showing the frames and a larger panel with "round and round" dashes for 2 - 3 seconds. I've seen other posts of this being an issue with Win10. My Win10 PC works fine. I use AVG (on both Win11 and Win10).
I've installed and uninstalled, repaired and downloaded the app more than once.
How can I get the app to run please?

Describe Your Feedback
Submit the Feedback
After submitting, the feedback is usually sent to Microsoft or the app’s development team for review.
