Another invalid patron error message - follow-up from April

Hi all,

This is, I think, a follow-up to a support call I logged last month (#458234). That was successfully resolved at the time. I am moving to a new device and have installed the PressReader app on it, but am getting the same message as before on the new device. The old device, oddly enough, still allows access, but only for another 1 day 15 hours at time of typing, at which point it will probably deny me access. I am receiving the same message on my main PC as on the Android app on my new device: "Invalid patron barcode or password".

 

If it's relevant, I have multiple email addresses and the account I used to contact you previously for the support call mentioned above is different from the one I am using to communicate with you now, but it's still me!
