Not working still

pressreader does not work with VIRL Vancouver Island Regional Library Canada library card credentials. Always has previously worked. I Sign back in every 30 days n/p as it logs me out now it does not mater which browser or laptop I use from home...Cannot log in to pressreader. I get as far as imputing my info and it goes no further than that. Nothing. After 3 attempts trys to get me to purchase the paper. I went to library and they could not help me as it is a pressreader issue. Its been over a week now, Please. Fix. Thank you
