Newspaper El Pais Spain - intermitently appearing in the catalogue

I can not see the El Pais newspaper (Spain) in the press reader website when im loged in. I do have access through the iOs app to it and its 6 regional versions. Is there a bug? am i doint something wrong in the website interface? NEED HELP!
