Can't download Newspapers waiting in the cloud.

Thank you for your email you sent me but it didn't answer my question properly. Guess I need to go into more detail of what the problem is. For the pass two years I have been enjoying pressreader on my tablet at home using my home WiFi, however since Wednesday February 7, 2024 I have not been able to download the Albuquerque Journal that is waiting in the cloud. There is no way of entering the library card information. There are network errors that pop up anytime I do anything on your app. Why can't I download the Albuquerque journals that are waiting to be downloaded? Again, thank you for your help.
