Unable to sign in with library card (Manchester Libraries)
Hello - I'm unable to sign in with my Manchester Library card, which I've used previously. Each time I attempt to download a publication it displays the Library or Group Sign In screen; I click on 'sign in' and the screen remains as if I've not clicked on the button.
This is on a mobile device running IOS 17. I've tried removing and re-adding the library details, but it makes no difference

The ‘manage my account option ‘ does not appear on the dropdown list when I click on my nickname.

That option is only available when you are logged in with a personal account. If you are connecting to the library without establishing a personal account with PressReader, you would not see this option. If you require more assistance, we encourage you to remail us care_at_pressreader.com
