Subscription ($30/month tier) Device Limit

Hi

I would like to ask what is the actual limit for (concurrent) devices that can use an account with premium subscription? Some results say it is 6, some say 5, while upon checking my account -> change subscription, it says 3. Which is it really? And how to increase the number of device limit?
