Payment problem

Hi! I’ve been a PressReader happy customer for many many years. My credit card expired and I’ve just updated my account details with my new credit card, but the payment won’t go through. It seems that there’s no payment request from PressReader. Do I need to wait a few hours? Could you help me with this? The working payment card is stored in the account, I would be very glad to continue to use this platform which I’ve been using for years! Thanks

We have checked your account, and confirm that a payment was recently processed (on Nov 23), and your subscription is currently full active and paid for. Please let us know if we could be of further help.

Hi we have this same problem now. The payment dosnt seem to be triggered when a new card is entered? How do I push this to charge the new card?

@Garth, after changing your payment info, you can either wait for the next renewal date to renew and pay automatically, or manually re-purchase the subscription, which will then process the new credit card on file.

@Ivor, I see that you are in direct contact by email. In any case, you can log in to your account and change/update your payment information in the Accounts tab.
