Resolution

I am running the Windows version of PressReader, viewing the New York Times. Unless I am zoomed in, the resolution is very poor. Why does the software not work like Adobe Reader, where you always have high resolution regardless of the zoom level? Thanks.

Hi Dan,

We always ensure that we provide the highest resolution and quality of our epaper. We work with our publishing partners to ensure we deliver high quality.

Outside the zoom, the epaper will display the epaper at a minimized level, in which you will get to see the paper to its entirety. Once, you have located the article of your choice, you can then click on the article, which will open up in Smart view and will display the content in high quality.

We hope that this answers your inquiries.

Regards,

Thanks. I hope you are able to improve the software so that it displays in high resolution at all levels of zoom.
