Seattle Times Not Available?

The last issue available for the Seattle Times on PR is May 19. Is this a temporary problem or has that newspaper been discontinued on PR?

Hi Chuck, Eric, & Ross,

It appears that the latest Seattle Times and The Spokesman-Review are currently unavailable on PressReader due to the fact that they have not been sent to us by the publishers. We are currently in contact with said publishers and hope to resolve this issue very soon. We thank you for your patience.

I would also like an answer to this.  First the Seattle Times stopped updating issues, now the Spokesman-Review seems to have done the same.

Any new news on this concern? The Spokesman has stopped arriving, too. If neither of these papers are updating, there are no compelling reasons to continue with Pressreader.

Hello

The Spokesman Review (Spokane) for June 10th is currently available online. Please try again.

Great news on the Spokesman Review. What is the status of the Seattle Times? The last issue is still May 19.

Hello

We continue to try and approach Seattle Times, but the publisher opted to leave the platform.  If you wish to send a note, tweet, or other message to Seattle Times telling them that you would like them back on PressReader, that would be great!

Thanks for the quick and direct response to my question. I will send a note to the Seattle Times letting them know that I miss them on Pressreader. Hopefully this is not the beginning of a trend for publishers. It looks like the Seattle Times website offers a "Print Replica" of their newspaper as part of their digital subscription for $16 per month. Not as cost effective as Pressreader for readers who enjoy reading more than one paper per day.
