How can I cancel my subscription?

This is impossible 

please let me know how it is done!

Hi Jim, You can cancel through the website www.PressReader.com at any time. Here's how:

  1. Log into your account at PressReader.com.
  2. Click on your name in the top right hand corner.
  3. Select Manage Account from the drop down menu.
  4. On this page, you can scroll down to the Subscription section and select Change/Upgrade Subscription.
  5. Choose 'Pay As You Go' and click to confirm the change.

When you downgrade your Subscription type, you will forfeit the remaining days of the current month on your plan. If you'd like to fully use each day, just submit a request to our customer care team, here. Our team will set up your account to automatically change at the end of the paid period.

Would you like us to go ahead and cancel this on your behalf?

In my situation I was not able to follow the steps shown, not sure why that was the case.  However I asked for help on this website and customer support was very quick and responsive and they resolved my quest to cancel a subscription.  Thank you customer support.  Sincerely Robert Fry.

Hello. This is Shelley Kirkwood-Cooper.   I'd like to cancel my PressReader subscription.  I have tried to do this through your website but am not sure if it went through.  
Please cancel my subscription, and refund my payment of $259.87 to my MasterCard on file.  My nickname is 14699225.

Please let me know that you've received this, and that my subscription is cancelled.  Please let me know if there is anything more I need to do.

Hi there, i down graded my subscription to pay as you go like this post said and i deleted my account afterwards since I was not able to get rid of my credit card details. Since I have done this there will be absolutely no charge on my account correct?
