Usually my titles are automatically downloaded overnight. Now I have to start them in the morning, and they take forever. Help!
Hi Jacqui, We heard this feedback from a few of our readers last week, so we added new infrastructure to improve the speed of downloads. Would you check that you have turned on the automatic download function, and let us know if the problem persists? Thank you for your note!

Ipad automatic downloads not working. It was until around 4 weeks ago.
How do I turn on the automatic download function for my wife's Ipad?
Hi Michael! You can set up 5 titles to be auto-delivered to your wife's iPad. Once you have selected your title, just slide the "Automatically deliver all new issues" toggle to the on position. When it's on, the toggle will turn green.
Well it would be helpful if I could get to the page shown "My Publications" ! That you have shown. All I can find is "Publications".
All I want to do is download the (UK ) Times Newspaper as has operated for several years under Windows, Android (well at least it did) and operated on her mini Ipad until recently.
Yes, we have heard from a number of people that this screen is hard to find. I'm so sorry about that. (There are three areas to click, and you can take a look right here.) We are in the process of updating the app now to make this screen more accessible.
