Single-word translation on Android app

Hi, how would I go about asking a single-word translation feature for Android devices? I'm rather confident that the current version of the app doesn't offer such a feature. Yes, there is one for translating whole articles, but what I'm looking for is being able to translate an arbitrary selection (from single words up to several sentences) of text.

I was intending to use the app to read German magazines, but I feel there isn't much use in it if I'm not able to translate unknown words very quickly.
