Manage Devices s not working

Hello,

i subscribe to New York Times. I had to reinstall PressReader on my iPad, and now it’s telling me I’ve exceed the number of allowed devices and directs me to my account on your website. However, there is only one device, my iPad is listed there. Can you please help?

The email is [email protected]. New York Times tech support told me only you guys can help me with this.

This is typical.  Very unfriendly.  Why does the New York Times use Replica instead of directly making the facsimile edition available as does the Washington Post?  PressReader is more trouble than it's worth.
