Manage Devices s not working

Hello,

i subscribe to New York Times. I had to reinstall PressReader on my iPad, and now it’s telling me I’ve exceed the number of allowed devices and directs me to my account on your website. However, there is only one device, my iPad is listed there. Can you please help?

The email is oleggab@gmail.com. New York Times tech support told me only you guys can help me with this.
