Wrong information. Cancel the subscription account immediately’ please

Joined the 7 day trial , dont want to use anymore. I have cancel few days ago however the system still “ premium subscription “ still write in my account. Make me so worry, I’ve check my Apple store subscription there’s no contract or record to cancel. And I cancelled the account 3rd November. Please change the the premium subscription to pay as you go or just delete the account. It’s false information. Please help.
