Your Opinion

Opinions are lasting sentiments and ideas that you feel strongly about. Think about it as a core value that can be applied to many situations. You might want to use it in an environmental, social or economic context. Here’s one example: Our environmental laws are inadequate. This opinion could be tagged to articles on pollution, legislation, environmental movements, etc. It’s meant to bring together a large group of people who feel the same way.

Imagine the power of connecting people who share the same values to issues in their own backyards. As people support the opinion and tag it to related articles, it gains visibility. The right opinion has a momentum of its own. It’s a fantastic way to see what resonates with people, and build a profile in a community that is sustained on thoughtful, analytical writing.
